Taylor Cole Planning was established in 2016 and is run by a well established Town Planner.

We can assist you with advice associated with the operation of the planning system and the need for planning permission with how likely you are to get planning consent.
We support and give guidance to Town or parish councils and neighbourhood focus groups leading the neighbourhood planning process up to the point where the plan is submitted for its examination.

A Certificate can establish whether a development requires planning permission and can establish immunity from enforcement,known as 4 Year Rule Planning. At Taylor Cole planning we can provide specialist advice.
If you have received a refusal then you have the right to appeal the decision within 6 months of the decision (or 12 weeks in the case of a Householder application). We can provide assessments on whether or not an appeal should be pursued.
